CURRICULUM

Marco Ricca was born in Imperia (Italy) on December 28th, 1982. He received his M.S. degree in Computer and Communication Networks from Politecnico di Torino in April 2008 with a thesis on energy aware scheduling algorithms for input queued switches.

From June 2008 to February 2009 he was with TRM Pervasive Technologies Lab in Istituto Superiore Mario Boella (ISMB) where he worked on sensor networks based on real delay tolerant networks.

Since January 2009 he has been a PhD student (XXIV cycle) in the Telecommunication Networks Group TNG in the Electronics Department of the Politecnico di Torino, under the supervision of Prof. Andrea Bianco and Prof. Paolo Giaccone.
