Instructions for the preparation of the camera-ready paper version

All accepted papers must be prepared according to the following instructions. Failure to comply with these requirements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program.

Final camera-ready papers must be prepared according to the instructions indicated in the Paper Template (LaTeX/ Word) and submitted electronically, in PDF format, through the EDAS site.

The submitted PDF manuscripts must respect ALL the format requirements indicated in the Paper Template (two columns, A4 page size, margins, font sizes) and all fonts must be embedded in the PDF document. Authors must use the IEEE PDF eXpress service (Conference ID: itnews08) to verify that each paper respects the IEEE requirements.

The camera-ready paper length is limited to 6 pages. Extra pages can be purchased at 100 Euro for each page. Payments for extra pages must be submitted together with the final version of the paper and the conference registration fee for one of the authors. One full (non student) registration is required for each paper. Please indicate the EDAS paper number on the registration form. The Workshop registration form is available here.

A complete and signed IEEE copyright form (do not use electronic form) must be submitted for each paper. The form can be downloaded from the IEEE Copyright Form page. The IEEE copyright form must be sent by express mail to
