CURRICULUM

Francesco Mininni was born in Bari, Italy, in 1977. He received his MS degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico of Torino, on July 2004, by defending a thesis on 'Genomic Signal Processing'. Thanks to this work he won the "Marconi Junior Prize 2004" (Best Italian Thesis on Telecommunications and Electromagnetic Fields). Between January 2005 and December 2006 he was a PhD student in the Communications Group at Politecnico di Torino under the supervision of Prof. Roberto Garello. Between January 2007 and December 2008 he was a PhD student in the Telecommunication Group at Politecnico di Torino, under the supervision of Prof. Claudio Casetti. He received his PhD degree in Electronics and Communications from Politecnico di Torino, on Febraury 2009, by defending a thesis on caching protocols in MANETs
