CURRICULUM

Mirko Franceschinis was born in Ivrea (Italy), on 20/04/73. He graduated from the Politecnico di Torino in Telecommunications Engineering in March 2000.

Between July 2000 and January 2001, he had a research contract with the Dipartimento di Elettronica of Politecnico di Torino, developing some matching and scheduling algorithms for input-queued frame-based switches in collaboration with BTL (British Telecom Laboratories). Since January 2001, he has been with the Dipartimento di Elettronica of Politecnico di Torino as a PhD student.
