Introduction
UPS3 is a simulation tool devoted to the study of 3G mobile neworks. The tool is
being developed by the Telecommunication Networks Group of Politecnico di Torino under
contract and in co-operation with the strategic technologies research group of Omnitel-Vodafone based in
Milano.
